Coaching training (advanced): GROW
This 12 days intensive GROW coaching training welcomes coaches with at least 50 hours of specific coaching experience and coaches who obtained the ROOT or GROW Warm-Up certificate. You welcome almost any customer topic and accompany each customer to a successful outcome. You are professionally screened, personally guided (4 hours min of personal coaching) and receive extensive supervision (at least 12 hours). As we discuss real-life questions of yourself and colleagues, there is also a great personality growth. The GROW program builds further on our ROOT training. ROOT and GROW together lead to certification with the International Coach Federation at PCC level.
